  The article presents what cybernetics deals with, what its main terms are, which research areas it shares with the jurisprudence, how it can be used to solve problems of state and law, and shows limitations of cybernetics arising from the nature of human, society, law and state. The article also provides several examples of use cybernetics in the field of criminal procedure. Throughout the article, there are several references to the achievements of one of the pioneers of cybernetics in Poland, Marian Mazur.;
  W artykule wskazano, czym zajmuje się cybernetyka, jakie są jej podstawowe pojęcia, jakie obszary badawcze dzieli z nauką prawa, w jaki sposób można ją wykorzystać do rozwiązywania problemów państwa i prawa oraz jakie są jej ograniczenia wynikające z natury człowieka, społeczeństwa, prawa i państwa. Przedstawiono także kilka przykładów wykorzystania cybernetyki w dziedzinie procesu karnego. W artykule odwołano się głownie do dorobku, jednego z pionierów cybernetyki w Polsce, Mariana Mazura.
