  Der Beitrag thematisiert die Entwicklung des Landrechts (im Besonderen Bürgerrecht) im Spätmittelalter und in der Frühen Neuzeit im Land Schwyz, gelegen in der voralpinen und alpinen Zentralschweiz. Die im Landrecht formulierten Bürgerrechte wurden in dieser Zeit zu einem immer exklusiveren Privileg, das immer weniger Menschen gewährt wurde. Es beinhaltete rechtliche (politische und wirtschaftliche) Vorteile, über die andere Bewohner des Landes Schwyz nicht verfügten. Nachwirkungen dieser juristischen Bestimmungen wirken bis in die heutige Gegenwart.;
  The article addresses the development of national rights (especially civil rights) in the Schwyz Country in the late Middle Ages and in the modern period. It was a country located in the pre-alpine and alpine Central Switzerland. At that time, the civil rights formulated in the local legislation became an increasingly exclusive privilege granted to a smaller and smaller number of people. It included legal (political and economic) benefits that other inhabitants of these areas did not have. The long-term effects of these legal regulations are still felt today.   W artykule podjęto temat rozwoju praw krajowych (w szczególności praw obywatelskich) w Kraju Schwyz w późnym średniowieczu i w okresie nowożytnym, kraju położonym w przedalpejskiej i alpejskiej Szwajcarii Centralnej. Sformułowane w tamtejszej legislacji prawa obywatelskie stawały się w tym czasie coraz bardziej ekskluzywnym przywilejem, przyznawanym coraz mniejszej liczbie osób. Obejmowało ono prawne (polityczne i ekonomiczne) korzyści, których nie mieli pozostali mieszkańcy tych terenów. Długofalowe działania tych regulacji prawnych odczuwalne są do dziś.
