The article is devoted to research of the main directions and principles of the antropologization of archival science and practices in Belarus. Analysis of theoretical representations starts with the ideas of the Soviet school of an archival science, which appear the ground for the work of the Belarusian archives. The special attention is given to researches of the Polish archivists, where the concept "antropologization of archival science" was used for the first time, and its specifics is defined. By consideration of practical experience of the Belarusian archives presented the aspiration to hold the documents of the concrete personality. Synthesis of the previous theoretical development and available experience in this direction gives an opportunity to mark its main characteristics. As a result was made the conclusion that the anthropological direction of an archival science is one of the most perspective in Belarusian realities, and can become the basis for creation of a new type of archives and preservation of the valuable complex of historical sources.;
Artykuł przedstawia zasady i główne kierunki antropologizowania archiwistyki i dziedziny archiwalnej na Białorusi. Rozpoczyna się od przedstawienia zasad teoretycznych archiwistyki wypracowanych w Związku Radzieckim, a wykorzystywanych w praktyce archiwów białoruskich, dalej analizuje dorobek polskich uczonych, którzy wprowadzili termin i wypracowali pojęcie „antrolologizowania archiwistyki”, wreszcie charakteryzuje białoruskie działania prowadzące do tworzenia archiwów chroniących pamięć o działalności konkretnych ludzi.
