HISTORYKA. STUDIES IN HISTORICAL METHODS is a journal dedicated to the theory of history, historical methods and history of historiography. The journal is published once a year since 1967.;
EDITORS IN CHIEF Krzysztof Zamorski (Jagiellonian University) is the editor of "Historyka. Studia Metodologiczne" since 2019. He was its co-editor in 1997-2019. Zamorski works at the Institute of History at the Jagiellonian University and is head of the Chair of Historical Anthropology and Theory of History. He studied history and sociology at Jagiellonian University. He has held research fellowships at the University of Geneva and the EESH Laboratory of Historical Demography in Paris and the University of Liege. He was a visiting scholar at Columbia University and twice at Rochester University (1999, 2005). ffAuthor of five books, co-editor of three, author of 170 articles. From 1993 to 2003 he was director of the Jagiellonian Library in Cracow, Poland. Member of the board of directors of the Polish Historical Society, he served as president of the Cracow Branch of the Polish Historical Society in 2013- 2022. He created the series "History of Life" published by the renowned Polish publishing house "Universitas".
