  These/Ziel: Das Ziel des Beitrags ist die Analyse einiger Fragen aus der Methodologie der Buchwissenschaft und Informatologie, d.i. der Meinungsumfrage und der individuellen und Gruppeninterviews. Im Beitrag besprach man die einzelnen Werkzeuge, analysierte ihre Anwendung in der Disziplin in quantitativer Hinsicht und wies auf ihre Bedeutung für das wissenschaftliche und qualitative Schrifttum hin. Forschungsmethode: Die Erwägungen stützen sich auf die Literaturübersicht sowie die eigenen bibliometrischen Untersuchungen, darunter anhand der zwei führenden polnischen wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften („Zagadnienia Informacji Naukowej“ und „Przegląd Biblioteczny“) aus den Jahren 2010–2015. Ergebnisse/Schlussfolgerungen: Anhand der durchgeführten Analysen wurde nachgewiesen, dass die genannten Werkzeuge in der polnischen Forschung im Bereich der Informatologie eigentlich keine Anwendung fanden, auch wenn man sich der Meinungsumfragen häufiger als der Interviews bediente.;
  Aim: The aim of the article is to look at a selected fragment of the extensive subject matter of the methodology of book and information science – surveys along with individual and group interviews. The article discusses the specific nature of individual tools, and analyzes their use in the discipline in terms of quantity, evaluating their contribution to scientific and qualitative texts. Research method: Considerations were based on a review of literature and own bibliometric studies, including the study of the content of two leading Polish scientific journals (Zagadnienia Informacji Naukowej and Przegląd Biblioteczny) for the years 2010-2015. Results and conclusions: As a result of the conducted analyses, it has not been noticed that these tools are widely used by Polish researchers in the field of information processing, although we are dealing with more frequent use of surveys than interviews.;
  Teza/cel: Celem artykułu jest przyjrzenie się wybranemu fragmentowi obszernej tematyki metodologii bibliologii i informatologii, tj. sondażom oraz wywiadom indywidualnym i grupowym. W artykule omówiono specyfikę poszczególnych narzędzi, a następnie przeanalizowano ich wykorzystanie w dyscyplinie pod względem ilościowym, oceniając ich udział w piśmiennictwie naukowym oraz jakościowym. Metoda badań: Rozważania oparto na przeglądzie literatury oraz własnych badaniach bibliometrycznych, w tym badaniu zawartości dwóch wiodących polskich czasopism naukowych („Zagadnienia Informacji Naukowej” i „Przegląd Biblioteczny”) za lata 2010–2015. Podstawę analiz bibliometrycznych stanowił zbiór 4832 abstraktów (4650 z czasopism międzynarodowych, 182 z czasopism polskich). Wyniki i wnioski: W wyniku przeprowadzonych analiz nie zauważono, by narzędzia te były powszechnie stosowane w polskich badaniach z zakresu informatologii, choć mamy do czynienia z częstszym stosowaniem sondaży niż wywiadów.
