  Traditional African fabrics occupy a very important place in the contemporary art of young artists of African origin. They are treated as a symbol of returning to a lost identity. The article aims to introduce the figures of several young artists, thanks to whom we can understand their need to return to their roots and see their attempts to identify with their own culture of African regions.;
  Tradycyjne tkaniny afrykańskie zajmują bardzo ważne miejsce we współczesnej sztuce młodych artystów pochodzenia afrykańskiego. Traktowane są jako symbol powrotu do utraconej tożsamości. Artykuł ma na celu przybliżenie twórczości kilku młodych artystów, dzięki którym możemy zrozumieć ich potrzebę powrotu do korzeni i zobaczyć próby identyfikowania się z własną kulturą z krajów afrykańskich.
