  The aim of the article is to demonstrate what is the function of erotica in Jan Křesadlo’s output. Even though the writer were accused of  dissemination of pornography, erotic scenes that appear in his books are not an end in themselves. They functioned as allegory or metaphor, also as a form of revenge on his enemies and in one of the novels they are parody of contemporary Czech literature and presence of erotica in it.;
  Celem artykułu jest ukazanie roli, jaką w twórczości Jana Křesadly pełni erotyka. Mimo iż pisarz wielokrotnie był oskarżany o uprawianie pornografii, sceny erotyczne pojawiające się na kartach jego utworów nie były celem samym w sobie. Służyły bądź jako alegoria czy metafora, również jako forma zemsty nad swoimi wrogami, a w jednej z powieści sceny erotyczne są parodią współczesnej literatury czeskiej i obecnej w niej erotyki.
