  The article “Youcat, a tool of joyful new evangelization” consists of four parts. In the first, in the light of the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii gaudium by Pope Francis, Beata Bilicka briefly describes what a new evangelization is. In the second, she characterizes Youcat catechism for young people, indicating its advantages. The next part of the article contains the analyzes of selected junior high school religion textbooks, carried out in reference to the use of Youcat catechism. In the last part the author advocates the need for better reception of Youcat in catechesis and gives suggestions on how to use it in teaching religion at school.;
  Artykuł pt. Youcat narzędziem radosnej nowej ewangelizacji, składa się z czterech części. W pierwszej Beata Bilicka w świetle adhortacji Evangelii gaudium papieża Franciszka krótko opisuje, czym jest nowa ewangelizacja. W drugiej charakteryzuje katechizm dla młodzieży Youcat, wskazując przede wszystkim na jego zalety. Kolejna część artykułu zawiera wyniki analizy wybranych podręczników do nauki religii dla gimnazjum, przeprowadzonej pod kątem wykorzystania w nich katechizmu Youcat. W ostatniej autorka postuluje potrzebę lepszej recepcji Youcatu w katechezie i podaje sugestie, w jaki sposób wykorzystać go w szkolnym nauczaniu religii.
