  A subject of this study is to analyze the restructuring of the big enterprises based on an empirical research (trial 55 big enterprises located in Silesia Province). The author of this thesis has formulated and verified (using statistical tools) correctness of one research hypothesis: Companies with majority of domestic capital do not use concepts and methods supporting the restructuring processes of enterprises.;
  Przedmiotem opracowania jest spojrzenie na restrukturyzacje 55 dużych przedsiębiorstw na terenie województwa śląskiego przez pryzmat przeprowadzonych badan empirycznych. Autor artykułu sformułował i zweryfikował (wykorzystując narzędzia statystycznie) jedna hipoteza badawcza: Przedsiębiorstwa z przewaga kapitału rodzimego nie wykorzystują koncepcji, metod zarządzania wspomagających procesy restrukturyzacji.
