  The purpose of this article is to present the role of the land and buildings registry in the process of determining the taxpayer's receivables from real estate, agricultural and forest tax, and an indication of the most important problems on the ground of data changes in it. This will be based on the analysis of the regulations, court decisions and administrative practices of the functioning of the records.;
  Celem powyższego tekstu jest przedstawienie roli ewidencji gruntów i budynków w procesie określania należności podatnika z tytułu podatku od nieruchomości, rolnego i leśnego oraz wskazanie na tym gruncie najważniejszych problemów związanych z zmianą danych w niej zawartych. Podstawą opracowania będzie analiza przepisów, orzecznictwa sądów administracyjnych oraz praktyka funkcjonowania ewidencji.
