  Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden Breslauer Ratsprotokolle aus den Jahren 1451 und 1501 in Bezug auf die Syntax untersucht. Die Ergebnisse der am handschriftlichen Sprachmaterial durchgeführten Analysen werden mit Untersuchungen zur frühneuhochdeutschen Syntax verglichen. Ausgehend von der These, dass syntaktische Entwicklungen in den Kanzleisprachen einen besonderen Einfluss auf die Herausbildung des heutigen Deutsch hatten, wird nach der Modernität der Syntax in den Breslauer Ratsbüchern gefragt. Die syntaktische Formelhaftigkeit der Eintragungen in den Stadtbüchern hatte jedoch – wie es sich bei derUntersuchung herausgestellt hat – Einfluss auf die verspätete Umsetzung der als modern angesehenen Muster in diesen Texten.;
  In that contribution I investigate Council Minutes of 1451 and 1501 in a syntactical way. So I analyse handwritten language material. In the next step I compare the results of the analysis with approaches of the syntax of Early New High German. My start point is the these, that in office language the syntactical developments have a special impact on the formation of the contemporary German language. I want to know what actually is the modernity of syntax in the Council Minutes of Wroclaw. But this these only in part canvalidate. The syntactical formulaicity of the registration in that Minutes was – as I assert – the cause of the delayed use of the modern syntactical patterns.;
  W poniższym artykule zbadano składnię ksiąg protokołów posiedzeń rady miejskiej Wrocławia z lat 1451 i 1501. Wyniki analizy przeprowadzonej na rękopiśmiennym materiale językowym porównano z innymi opracowaniami z zakresu składni okresu wczesno-wysoko-niemieckiego. Wychodząc od tezy, że rozwój języka kancelaryjnego miał duży wpływ na kształtowanie się współczesnego języka niemieckiego, należało zbadać protokoły rady miejskiej pod kątem występowania w nich ówcześnie nowoczesnych wzorcówskładniowych. Sformalizowany styl zapisów w księgach miejskich miał jednak – jak się okazało po przeprowadzonej analizie językowej – wpływ na fakt, iż nowoczesne wzorce składniowe przyjęły się w tych tekstach dopiero z opóźnieniem.
