Basierend auf den Ergebnissen des interdisziplinären Forschungs- und Praxisprojektes ‚Selbstbestimmtes Leben im Pflegeheim‘ an der Universität Augsburg wird die Konzeption einer Pflegeheimethik vorgestellt, die sowohl aus einem care-ethischen wie auch einem organisationsethischen Strang besteht. Sozialwissenschaftliche Studienergebnisse werden hierbei ethisch reflektiert. Das Konzept einer relationalen Selbstbestimmung hat sich als tragfähig erwiesen, um den Bedürfnissen und Wünschen der im Pflegeheim Lebenden, aber auch derjenigen dort Arbeitenden gerecht zu werden. Ausgangspunkt für die hier entworfene Pflegeheimethik ist die Vulnerabilität der Bewohnenden – besonders augenscheinlich in der Corona-Pandemie –, die als Risiko wie Ressource verstanden wird. Dabei wurden Fragen einer ‚kleinen‘ Ethik des Alltags entwickelt wie auch die großen ethischen Fragestellungen, beispielsweise zum Technikeinsatz an diesem Lebens- und Arbeitsort eruiert.;
A concept of nursing home ethics is presented based on the results of the interdisciplinary research and practice project “Self-determined life in the nursing home” at the University of Augsburg. This nursing home ethics consists of both a care-ethical and an organisational-ethical strand. The results of the cooperating social science studies are reflected ethically. The concept of relational self-determination has proven to be viable in order to meet the needs and wishes of those living in the nursing home, but also of those working there. The starting point for the nursing home ethics outlined here is the vulnerability of the residents – particularly evident in the Coronavirus pandemic – which is understood as both a risk and a resource. In the research process, questions concerning the ‘small’ ethics of everyday life were developed as well as larger ethical questions, for example, about the use of technology in this place of living and working.;
Artykuł, bazując na wynikach interdyscyplinarnego projektu badawczego i praktycznego pt. Niezależne życie w domu opieki Uniwersytetu w Augsburgu, przedstawia koncepcję etyki domu opieki, która składa się zarówno z etyki opieki (care-ethics), jak i etyki organizacji. Zostały przy tym uwzględnione wyniki studiów nauk społecznych. Koncepcja relacyjnej niezależności okazała się do przyjęcia, aby sprostać potrzebom i życzeniom ludzi żyjących w domu opieki, ale także tym, którzy tam pracują. Punktem wyjścia dla naszkicowanej w tekście etyki domu opieki jest podatność na zranienia mieszkańców (szczególnie podczas pandemii koronawirusa), która jest rozumiana zarówno jako ryzyko, jak i szansa. Zostały przy tym rozwinięte problemy„małej” etyki życia codziennego, jak również wielkie kwestie etyczne, odkrywane przykładowo przy zastosowaniu techniki w tym miejscu życia i pracy.
