  Technological progress in recent years has led to the high development of artificial intelligence (AI), which brings many positive aspects, but at the same time can lead to the violation of the fundamental rights of individuals and thus threaten social security. Therefore, starting from the issues related to the development and threats from AI, a legal analysis of the regulatory policy in relation to human rights was undertaken.;
  Postęp technologiczny na przestrzeni ostatnich lat doprowadził do wysokiego rozwoju sztucznej inteligencji (SI), która niesie ze sobą wiele pozytywnych aspektów, ale jednocześnie może doprowadzić do naruszenia praw podstawowych jednostek i tym samym zagrozić bezpieczeństwu społecznemu. Wychodząc zatem od zagadnień związanych z rozwojem i zagrożeniami ze strony SI, podjęta została analiza prawna polityki regulacyjnej w odniesieniu do praw człowieka.
