  Polish education, or teaching the Polish language in France, developed and functioned in difficult and varying conditions. The first school, founded in the 19th century, was the Polish School in Batignolles. At the turn of the 1920s and 30s, when France was literally flooded with the wave of Polish immigrants, it was necessary to create Polish schools from scratch laboriously, though not all institutions responsible for this did it properly. World War II and Nazi occupation of France quickly affirmed the dreams of this educational institution. The relationships of the French government and the then Polish authorities created hope for founding Polish institutions. Both the 1990s and the beginning of the 21st century lent a new look at the Polish education in France. These are relationships between two countries, members of the European Union, where modern educational, protective and up-bringing actions are evident.  ;
  Polskie szkolnictwo, czy raczej nauczanie języka polskiego we Francji rozwijało się i funkcjonowało w trudnych i rożnych warunkach. Pierwszą szkołą była, powstała jeszcze w XIX wieku, Polska Szkoła w Batignolles. U progu i w latach 20. i 30. XX stulecia, kiedy Francję dosłownie zalała fala emigrantów z Polski, należało od nowa, mozolnie tworzyć polskie szkoły, choć nie wszystkie instytucje za nie odpowiedzialne czyniły to właściwie. Druga wojna światowa i okupacja Francji przez Niemcy szybko zweryfikowały marzenia o istnieniu placówki oświatowej. Relacje rządu francuskiego z władzami Polski Ludowej dawały cień szansy na istnienie polskich placówek. Lata 90. XX i początek XXI wieku to nowe spojrzenie na działanie szkolnictwa polskiego we Francji. To relacje dwóch państw należących do UE, w których widać nowoczesność działań edukacyjnych, opiekuńczych i wychowawczych.
