  The article presents possibilities of using the optimizing of logistical decisions method of controlling stockpiles at energy enterprises. It describes actual legal regulations obliging at the enterprise while establishing the so called „minimal stockpile” and shows how they effect the enterprise. The article offers one of methods of logistical decisions optimization helping to establish the proper stock level and shows its eventual financial results.;
  Artykuł prezentuje możliwości zastosowania metod optymalizacji decyzji logistycznych w sterowaniu zapasami paliwa przedsiębiorstwa energetycznego. Przedstawiono obecne regulacje prawne, jakim podlegają przedsiębiorstwa przy ustalaniu tak zwanego „zapasu minimalnego” oraz jakie skutki generuje to dla konkretnego przedsiębiorstwa. W dalszej części zaproponowano jedną z metod optymalizacji decyzji logistycznych dla ustalenia bezpiecznego poziomu zapasów paliwa oraz oszacowano skutki finansowe ewentualnego wdrożenia prezentowanej metody.
