Seeking to identify the foundations for adequate anthropology, the text discusses different anthropologies and approaches to a person that have influenced contemporary pedagogy, as well as the original concept of education according to Edith Stein.;
  Niniejszy artykuł stanowi wprowadzenie w myśl pedagogiczną Edyty Stein (1891–1942), której intencją było ukazanie związków między nauką o wychowaniu a antropologią. Dlatego też, w celu odnalezienia podstaw antropologii adekwatnej, scharakteryzowane zostaną różne antropologie, wynikające z nich ujęcia człowieka, które oddziałują na współczesną pedagogikę, a także oryginalna koncepcja wychowania w ujęciu Edyty Stein.
