  The process of organizational communication is closely related to basic management functions: planning, organization, leadership and controlling. Communication is thus ubiquitous part of all managerial actions. Without communication manager would not be able to fulfill his/her ten basic roles, mentioned by H. Mintzberg. The efficient management of educational institution certainly requires the effective process of communication. Good communication contributes to achievement of general organizational goals as well as to upgrading the level of teaching quality.;
  W opracowaniu podjęto próbę przybliżenia teorii i zasad komunikowania organizacyjnego. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na komunikowanie się w szkołach publicznych. Starano się wykazać, który z modeli organizacyjnego komunikowania się może stanowić podstawę skutecznej komunikacji w szkole publicznej. Przeprowadzając analizę procesów komunikowania się w szkole, dokonano identyfikacji form i kierunków komunikacji.
