  The aim of the article is to analyse the ethical challenges arising from the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in management, using the principles of Catholic social teaching as an interpretative framework. The study is based on a review of the academic literature, addressing aspects such as decision-making transparency, accountability, privacy protection, the impact of automation on the labour market, and the elimination of biases. The methodology applied includes theoretical analysis. The findings highlight the necessity of integrating ethical principles into the design and implementation of AI, with due consideration for human dignity, the common good, and solidarity. The article also emphasises the role of education and international cooperation in fostering responsible practices.;
  Celem artykułu jest analiza etycznych wyzwań, wynikających z zastosowania sztucznej inteligencji (AI) w zarządzaniu, przy wykorzystaniu zasad katolickiej nauki społecznej jako ram interpretacyjnych. Badanie oparto na analizie literatury naukowej, uwzględniając takie aspekty, jak: przejrzystość procesów decyzyjnych, odpowiedzialność, ochrona prywatności, wpływ automatyzacji na rynek pracy oraz eliminacja uprzedzeń. Zastosowana metodologia obejmuje analizę teoretyczną. Wnioski wskazują na konieczność integrowania zasad etycznych w projektowanie i wdrażanie AI, z uwzględnieniem godności osoby ludzkiej, dobra wspólnego i solidarności. Artykuł podkreśla także rolę edukacji i współpracy międzynarodowej w kształtowaniu odpowiedzialnych praktyk.
