  The article presents the ways of searching for spirituality using the Theta Healing method. The text serves as a contemplation of the areas of transformation of consciousness and reflection on such categories as spirituality, love, meaning of life, psychic abilities, and inwardness. The conducted research shows that spiritual development directs an adult towards reflection on the meaning of existence, to a sublime turning point, to reflect on the effectiveness of changing consciousness. The courage to look deeply into oneself contributes to a positive outlook on life. Considerations on the above-mentioned issues, presented by instructors, have become an invitation to further, in-depth research on the development of spirituality using other techniques, methods, practices, or literature.;
  W artykule przybliżono drogi poszukiwań duchowości za pośrednictwem kursu metodą Theta Healing. Tekst służy refleksji nad obszarami przemiany świadomości oraz namysłowi nad takimi kategoriami jak: duchowość, miłość, sens życia, zdolności parapsychiczne, refleksyjność. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że rozwój duchowy kieruje człowieka dorosłego w stronę namysłu nad sensem egzystencji, do wysublimowania punktu zwrotnego, refleksji nad skutecznością zmiany świadomości. Odwaga spojrzenia głęboko w siebie przyczynia się do pozytywnego spojrzenia na życie. Rozważania nad wymienionymi zagadnieniami, przedstawione przez instruktorki, stają się zaproszeniem do dalszych, pogłębionych badań nad rozwojem duchowości poprzez inne techniki, metody, praktyki czy też literaturę.
