  This article explores the specific nature of training future Polish language teachers using the microteaching method, taking into account the development of interpersonal competencies as key skills for the future, in the context of technological advancement, artificial intelligence, methodological traditions, and an interdisciplinary approach to didactics. The article includes a description of the use of the Polish language lesson recording catalog in academic classes and the implementation of the microteaching method on three levels: critical, creative, and self-reflective.;
  Tematem jest specyfika kształcenia przyszłych nauczycieli języka polskiego z wykorzystaniem metody mikronauczania, uwzględniająca doskonalenie kompetencji interpersonalnych jako kluczowych kompetencji przyszłości, w kontekście rozwoju technologicznego, sztucznej inteligencji, tradycji metodycznej i interdyscyplinarnego ujęcia dydaktyki. Artykuł zawiera opis wykorzystania na zajęciach akademickich Katalogu nagrań lekcji języka polskiego i realizowania metody mikronauczania na trzech poziomach: krytycznym, kreacyjnym i autorefleksyjnym.
