The aim of this article is to present the concept of „forest law” and to establish the scope of thus identified part of Polish law. At present Polish “forest law” is dominated by administrative issues. However, criminal law regulations or even civil law regulations are also of great importance in this regard. Dispersion of “forest law” is the result of the affiliation of certain issues to different areas of regulation.;
Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie koncepcji „prawa leśnego” oraz wskazanie zakresu tej materii prawa. W jej obrębie dominują zagadnienia administracyjne, jednakże niemałe znaczenie mają regulacje karnoprawne, czy nawet cywilnoprawne. Rozproszenie to jest rezultatem przynależności określonych zagadnień do różnych obszarów regulacji.
