  The INDXR platform is a tool for electronically processing manuscript sources. This article is a written version of a paper presented at the seminar organised in 2023 by the Commission of Historical Geography of the Polish Historical Society and the Varsavianist Research Team of the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History, Polish Academy of Sciences. It discusses using this platform while processing the five oldest Kalisz city books from the collection of the State Archives in Poznań. It also presents the method of working with the sources and using its results in the volume of the Historical Atlas of Polish Cities dedicated to Kalisz.;
  Aplikacja INDXR jest narzędziem służącym do elektronicznego opracowywania źródeł rękopiśmiennych. Artykuł stanowi rozwinięcie referatu wygłoszonego podczas seminarium Komisji Geografii Historycznej PTH i Varsavianistycznego Zespołu Badawczego Instytutu Historii PAN w 2023 r. Omawia wykorzystanie tej aplikacji podczas opracowywania pięciu najstarszych ksiąg miejskich Kalisza ze zbiorów Archiwum Państwowego w Poznaniu. Przedstawiono metodę pracy ze źródłem oraz wykorzystanie ich wyników w zeszycie Atlasu historycznego miast polskich poświęconego Kaliszowi.
