  The SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic causing COVID-19 is a phenomenon that strikes at social relations, economic stability and the possibility of realising fundamental human rights. Due to the scale of the threat to citizens' security and out of concern for the stability of the state's economic system, it has become necessary to introduce legal regulations to counteract the effects of COVID-19 effectively. This paper seeks to answer an important constitutional question. It concerns the issue of assessing the compatibility of measures introduced by public authorities in Poland to prevent, counteract and combat COVID-19 with the standards adopted in the Constitution.;
  L'epidemia del virus SARS-CoV-2 che causa la COVID-19 è un fenomeno che colpisce le relazioni sociali, la stabilità economica e la possibilità di realizzare i diritti umani fondamentali. A causa dell'entità della minaccia alla sicurezza dei cittadini e per la preoccupazione della stabilità del sistema economico dello Stato, si è resa necessaria l'introduzione di norme giuridiche per contrastare efficacemente gli effetti della COVID-19. Il presente documento cerca di rispondere a un'importante questione costituzionale. Si tratta di valutare la compatibilità delle misure introdotte dalle autorità pubbliche in Polonia per prevenire, contrastare e combattere il COVID-19 con gli standard adottati dalla Costituzione.
