  On taking over the parish of Urzejowice (Diocese of Przemyśl) by Canons Regular of the Holy Sepulchre

• Description:
  The Przeworsk convent of Canons Regular of the Holy Sepulchre substantially extended its possessions during the 15th century, including both land estates and parochial churches in the Land of Przemyśl. A closer analysis of the contexts of taking possession of those new acquisitions shows that they were the result of forged donation documents. They were routinely prepared after the death of the supposed donors, and often also their sons, so that it was not possible to confront them with the issuer of the document or persons aware of his genuine will. Such scenario was realized in Rudołowice, Tuligłowy and Urzejowice.;
  Przeworski konwent zakonu bożogrobców w ciągu XV w. znacznie powiększył stan swego posiadania zarówno o nieruchomości ziemskie, jak i kościoły parafialne położone w ziemi przemyskiej. Bliższa analiza okoliczności wejścia w posiadanie owych nabytków pokazuje, że były one wynikiem sfałszowania dokumentów donacyjnych. Rutynowo preparowano je po śmierci rzekomych donatorów, a niejednokrotnie także ich synów, tak aby niemożliwa była konfrontacja z wystawcą lub osobami świadomymi ich rzeczywistej woli. Taki scenariusz został zrealizowany w Rudołowicach, Tuligłowach oraz Urzejowicach.
