The article presents the reasons for introducing art. 13 sec. 1a to the law on court fees and the legal consequences of the application of this regulation. The aim of the article is to draw attention to the need for law-making bodies to apply the principle of legal certainty.;
  Niniejsza publikacja na przykładzie zmiany ustawy z dnia 28 lipca 2005 r. o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych pokazuje rolę, jaką odgrywa zasada pewności prawa w procesie stanowienia prawa. W artykule przedstawiono powody wprowadzenia art. 13 ust. 1a do ustawy o kosztach sądowych w sprawach cywilnych oraz skutki prawne, jakie wywołało stosowanie tej regulacji. Celem artykułu jest zwrócenie uwagi na konieczność stosowania zasady pewności prawa przez organy stanowiące prawo.
