This article presents the issue of performing feldsher activities in the Second Polish Republic. The profession of a feldsher existed in the territories of reborn Poland which had been a part of the Russian Empire before World War I. The Polish authorities made attempts to limit the activities of people who were involved in feldsher activities. The Polish government did not even attempt to hide the fact that it wanted to gradually abolish this profession. These attempts were made in this area by, inter alia, drafting legislation. However, in the course of applying the law on the issue of feldshers, disputes occurred due to its interpretation. The article was primarily prepared on the basis of sources located in the Sejm Library, acts of generally applicable law as well as judicial decisions of the Supreme Administrative Tribunal and the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court.;
W artykule przedstawiono kwestię wykonywania czynności felczerskich w II Rzeczypospolitej. Zawód felczera istniał w odrodzonej Polsce na obszarach, które przed I wojną światową wchodziły w skład Cesarstwa Rosyjskiego. Polskie władze podejmowały próby ograniczenia działalności osób, które zajmowały się czynnościami felczerskimi. Polski rząd nawet nie ukrywał, że dąży do stopniowej likwidacji tego zawodu. Czynił to m.in. poprzez przygotowywane ustawodawstwo. Jednak w toku stosowania prawa dotyczącego felczerów dochodziło do sporów co do jego interpretacji. Artykuł został przygotowany na podstawie źródeł znajdujących się w Bibliotece Sejmowej, aktów powszechnie obowiązującego prawa, a także orzeczeń Najwyższego Trybunału Administracyjnego oraz Izby Karnej Sądu Najwyższego.
