  This article sums up the researches under the fate of the POWs from the Ukrainian Halych Army, who were taken prisoners by Poles in 1919 y., and eventually were imprisoned in the camp of Pikulice near Przemyśl. The author analyses the material conditions inside the camp, alimentation and also very important question of epidemical diseases, which spread up inside the camp in autumn of 1919 y. As a result of typhus and dysentery, several hundred of POWs died in the camp hospital. The article is based on archival materials from Central Military Archive in Warsaw, Central State Historical Archive of Ukraine in Lviv as well as the Polish and Ukrainian press from the epoque.;
  W niniejszym artykule zostały przedstawione losy oficerów i żołnierzy Ukraińskiej Armii Halickiej, którzy byli więzieni w Obozie Jeńców nr 4 w Pikulicach pod Przemyślem. Autor analizuje w nim warunki pobytowe, wyżywienie jeńców, jak również bardzo istotną kwestię epidemii chorób zakaźnych jesienią 1919 r., które spowodowały śmierć kilkuset jeńców. Artykuł jest oparty na źródłach z Centralnego Archiwum Wojskowego Wojskowego Biura Historycznego w Warszawie, Centralnego Państwowego Historycznego Archiwum Ukrainy w Kijowie, a także polskiej i ukraińskiej prasy z epoki.
