The aim of the article is to find the answer to the question whether transactional analysis (TA) can prove useful in sociotherapy. The answer is ‘yes’ in the following areas: the correlation of distorted patterns of personality adaptations, an opportunity to facilitate interpersonal communication, and the development of optimal attitudes towards oneself and other participants of sociotherapeutic meetings. Transactional analysis can also contribute to the prevention of violence, aggression and manipulation in interpersonal relations and to raising awareness of a life script, which result in conduct disorders. Such programmes, however, should be run onlyby highly specialised sociotherapists.;
Artykuł stanowi próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy koncepcję analizy transakcyjnej (AT) da się zastosować w socjoterapii. Wykazano, że takie możliwości istnieją – jako korekcja zaburzonych wzorców adaptacji osobowości, usprawnianie komunikacji interpersonalnej, wypracowywanie optymalnych nastawień do siebie i innych uczestników tego rodzaju zajęć. Analiza transakcyjna może też przyczynić się do przeciwdziałania przemocy, agresji i manipulacji we wzajemnych relacjach oraz ujawnienia w świadomości uczestników socjoterapii scenariuszy życiowych powodujących zaburzenia zachowania. Taki program może być wdrażany przez odpowiednio przygotowaną do tego kadrę socjoterapeutów.
