  The article concerns effects on the cession of liabilities conjugated with with bank enforcement title under substantive and formal law. First, the legal basis and essence of bank enforcement title were presented, then legal institutions which relevance is crucial for delivering transfer agreement and its results in terms of legal sphere of purchaser of such liability were introduced. The final part of the article is an overview of the latest polish Supreme Court judgments, which considered the subject of such legal effects, that specified substantive and material law limitations being results of alteration on the creditor party in case of liabilities connected with bank enforcement title.
